How to Get Ripped Six Pack Abs

It is enough for most just to stay trim and slim. Only some have the dedication and know how to get ripped six pack abs and keep them, right?

Wrong!

The simple fact is that if you can get skinny, you can get ripped! It is a simple matter of degrees. You have to dial in on your training and diet to just that perfect level.

Now as much as I would like to tell you what is perfect for you, how can I have my body and you have yours? You have to go through the process of trial and error to find what works best for you. This really should not take long if you start with the basics.

Your training should be intense. Always run with intensity, train in the gym with intensity, even do your research with intensity! Yes, you will have to keep track of what is working and what is not as I said before. If you do not, you will just end up lost!

Even though you might be intense with your training, keep it short and sweet! Your goal should be to stimulate change, not do it all yourself! Chasing down calories is silly when you could just work on your body and improve your health. Doing this will make your body store less fat and burn off what you have.

When it comes to strength training, you just want to give enough damage to your muscles that they are stimulated to grow. There is no point in wearing them out completely and many reasons not to!

You need to eat a high protein, moderate fat, and low carb diet for effective fat loss and muscle gain. You also need to get good micro-nutrition. You can get all this in by simply eating whole, unprocessed foods and avoiding carb heavy foods like bread. You can eat green vegetables for your micro-nutrition. If that is a problem for some reason, you can always turn to supplements to fill the gaps in your diet.

These are the basics to getting ripped abs. From here, you should go on and create the perfect plan for you. Until you have it all worked out for yourself, continue to follow these rules and you WILL see great results! In fact, there is no reason why you can not get a sick pack just by following what is written here. But to be perfect for you, it has to be made by you!

Hi Chip! Really good article..agree with you on short intense cardio! But many people do not realize that...and stick wit those long low intense cardio..that burns of your muscle..and actually don't give you that fit and healthy look! Just look at the marathon runners, they are best example for that! and at the other site..bodies of sprinters!

Training is about stimulation, not exaustion. If you have to feel completely run down to think that you've had a good workout, you're inviting a number of different overuse injuries.

Yes that's true...stimulation is the key...but with stimulation sometimes comes exhaustion..it depends on what your goals are. And when im talking about exhaustion..im not meaning overtraining. Exhaustion is many times positive..because it forces the body to adapt..which means progress. Good nutrition, enough rest, worm up before training, right form and you don t have to worry about injuries. And most important thing here to say is, every training for fat loss..the hart rate must be between 50-80% of max. For young healthy man that is between 120-170 bets in minute.
