How To Get Slim In Three Easy Steps

Anyone who has followed diets for years and years without success is wondering how to get slim once and for all! In my personal opinion, it is because of diets that we have our weight problems in the first place. After all, years ago, before dieting became mainstream, you hardly ever heard of people being obese and now it seems to be the norm.

Well it's time to take some control back and learn how to get slim by following your intuition and trusting yourself again. Your body is a wonderful machine that knows exactly what it needs to be a healthy weight and if you can just start getting back to trusting yourself, you will be surprised at how quickly the results come.

Here are three easy steps can you can do starting today to get back in tune with your body:

1. Appreciate and love your body right now...

It doesn't matter how much you love that vision of you at your ideal weight, you need to love yourself as you are right now in order to attract the right success and mindset into your life. Some people are worried that loving themselves right now means that they are accepting being overweight but this isn't the case. By loving yourself right now, you are changing your vibration and attracting the results you want. This can be as simple as appreciating what your body does for you each day in terms of keeping you healthy, moving and alive or it can mean taking each part of your body in turn and thanking it for what it does for you.

2. Listen to your body - and I mean really listen...

When we really listen to our bodies, we will start to realise that some foods just don't feel good for us, nor does sitting around all day or running ourselves ragged to the point of exhaustion. Learn how to get slim by treating your body in the same way that you would advise others to - with respect and loving kindness and your body will start to respond to you. This can mean only eating when you are hungry and stopping when you are satisfied, taking a nap when you need one and really noticing what feels good and what doesn't.

3. Find movement that you enjoy...

Our bodies were designed to move - period! You don't have to join the lycra brigade at your local gym to be moving in a way that is good for your body, you just need to be moving. Not only does this feel good, it also raises your vibration by moving physical energy and heat through you. Finding movement that you love and commiting to doing it regularly is going to make a big difference over time - you just watch how quickly those changes take place. Movement can mean anything from playing with the kids to taking a walk, to joining a fun dance class to housework - the choice is yours.

It's time to let go of the boring diet plans and learn how to get slim using the resources you have at your disposal right now - your body. Loving, listening to and moving your body are three great ways to get you on the right past to success and you to can learn how to become slim and create the body you deserve.
