How To Live Healthy And Diet On A Budget

Read this and tell me if it is not you, your day starts every morning bright and early and ends at around just before midnight. Am I right, you will eat everything that comes your way just to keep your stomach full, WHY because you don't have time for breakfast, don't have time for lunch, "let me grab a hot dog quickly", and when the evening comes your to tired to make a decent plate of food. That is if your single, then its a bigger problem. Let me show you how to live healthy and diet on a budget to loose any excess weight without wasting some precious time.

Lets say you don't have the time or patience to eat " special foods " in your busy daily routine. Why not fill your plate half with vegetables, a quarter with meat ( without fat ) and the other quarter with some rice or pasta, you know..... something that can go fast in like under 30 minutes. Even during the day combine some snacks but not to many with some protein and carbohydrates. Their is many for example milk, nuts, bananas, and tuna, these are just a couple examples to live healthy and diet on a budget.

Usually in the office you like to eat something quickly, but sometimes these snacks is not the best for your health am I right. Why not eat dried fruit and wholewheat crackers that you can keep easily in your your drawer or bag. Rather this way of eating, than pizzas or pies that go's and sit right in your belly.

You areprobablywandering why I started with your evening food first and not the breakfast, well because I love meals at night and not a fan of breakfasts. BUT here is a hint on breakfasts if your in a hurry.............. eat one fruit and a glass of low fat milk or a cereal bar and glass of low fat milk

Now here comes the idea I actually like most, its exercises. I know you don't have time to gym, but your muscles needs that, it keeps them strong when you need them the most. Try to devote at least 30 to 45 minutes, twice a week for your exercises. While watching TV, do some sit - ups, some push - ups. Even for the upper legs some squads just with your own body weight. I even go to the back outside door and practice my calves using the steps. It sounds strange but it works.

It is a fact that exercises helps with your diet and of course your health, it burns fat and you will loose kilos even faster and build that body muscles we all want. This is my ideas to live healthy, give it a try.
