When trying to lose weight it sounds very easy doesn't it. Just eat less and watch your calories. And when you start, you find out it's not that easy at all. Do you want to know why this is? It is simply, losing weight is hard.

Apart from bad eating habits, we are overwhelmed with advertising when it comes to losing weight. This can hinder us all.
To really know how to lose a fat stomach, there is more than just eating fewer calories, you will need to know what foods you should be eating. The most important thing is, what foods not to eat.
To lose belly fat, these foods have to be deleted from your diet.
Tip 1. Fast Food.
This should be obvious.
Lets get real here, if you're really serious about losing that fat stomach.....DON"T eat take away food.
If you want a Big Mac....just think of the 570 calories and 32 gm of fat you will put on your stomach. In the large fries you can expect and additional 500 calories and 25 gm of fat all being piled onto your stomach.
Now what if you like those shakes... Add another 1,160 calories plus another 27 gm of fat, going to your belly.
Now get this, just with this one meal, you have just had your recommended daily amount of calories and fat. Now, think of your fried chicken with some dressing, you're looking at 600 calories and 24 gm of fat.
To cut out the take away food, will take some dedication but you can do it. These days, I might have some fast food, once in a blue moon and you can see it in my waist.
Just cutting out the faast food will be the biggest impact on your weight loss strategy.
Tip 2. Fat Free.
You probably think this is bizzare, in this artilce about losing weight, you're being told to avoid fat free food. Let me explain, there are some reasons for this.
Realise this, when you remove fat from a food, sugar is then replaced.
You will know that more sugar means more calories and more carbos, which equals not as much weight loss.
The trap here is, psychologically, when people see a fat free product, then instantly assume "oh I can eat as much as I want" of this.
I know many people who think they can eat heaps of this food thinking it won't affect their diet. Hellooooo, lets get real here. Is it no wonder they find it extremely hard to lose weight.
The next fact is that, when you remove fat from something, they usually add some chemicals.
- I personally, would rather eat foods which were created for us naturally. As soon as their science tries to alter them, then you have trouble. I bet when you start eating natural food like, fresh veggies and frutie, you're going to feel much better.
This will seem unrealistic, however, you'll find if you eat healthy you'll feel a lot more energetic and better within yourself.
Tip. 3. Stop Drinking Fruit Juice.
You might be surprised that fruit juice will actually add to you gaining weight. You might think they're ok for you and they claim this and that, about being 100% juice, but look again on the package.
What the problem with fruit juice is, that they take everything that should be left in a fruit juice and they reduce it's nutritional value. Namely the "fiber". This is why they are bad for you. Drinks like apple juice, orange juice have approx 120 calories in an average glass. This is compared to 100 caloreis in a pepsi.
If you just eat fruit, this will give you the fiber you need, where as the juice will have you craving more sweet stuff. The fruit will regulate the blood sugar levels too.
Tip 4. Stay Away From Corn Syrup
It has been talked about in lots of places, the danger of corn syrup. Because of it's high fructose content.
It is not only has a high calorie content, the experts statet that if people consume this high fructose syrup, it will cause your fat cells to grow which in turn can lead to early diabetes and heart disease.
By implementing these steps, you're sure to be on your way to knowing how to lose a fat stomach.
