It very common these days to see all kinds of adverts of how to lose belly fat. I have seen quite a few adverts on the vehicles, and what i have not been able to understand is if such people have miracle pills in those vehicles. And in the same ways, some ads on the tvs , when there is a short break of news. Whenever i visit grocery stores, just before you pay the cashiers, there all sorts of magazines with big headlines putting your attention about losing belly fats. Well, one thing i know, the season is right for people to do sports and lose a few pounds. Some people assume it difficult to lose the abdominal fats, some refer it as stubborn belly fat; i do not care what you call it. However, just to encourage you; let me tell you it is doable. All you need is a patience , willpower and motivation, and within a matter of time, it will be a dream come true. Here below, i have a few proven steps which works.

  • Eat Smaller Meals:

It is the high time you forgo the old tradition of 3 meals per day. The modern life style, is to have 5 to 6 smaller meals. Just space them 2 hours apart. This keeps you from cravings for foods, since you are already full. Your energy levels is kept constant, metabolism elevated and insulin levels are kept on check.

  • Sleep Enough:

I know people are busy, but you are not people, you are yourself and this is your problem. Lack of enough sleep, activates your body to release stress hormone in form of cortisol, and this hormone triggers your body to store fats in your belly, which increases your weight. My advice ;, get enough sleep , at least 7 to 8 hours.

  • Exercise:

Exercise ... exercise...exercise! This is huge, and it is not only because you want to lose belly fat; it is excellent for your physical fitness. Just picture this; you do everything you could , and assume you do not even have this belly problem; just eating and not moving at least to stretch your body, what kind of person would you be? In fact it is a situation you cannot even imagine. That being said, plan to have some regular exercise which works for you. As long as you tell yourself that you will exercise at least 3 to 4 days in a week for 20 to 30 minutes, you will be surprised to discover how much weight you will have lost. You could start with cardio exercise, and then weight training as you progress. Weight lifting helps to build strong muscles as you lose belly fats. Good advice, always stretch after and before any workout to avoid any injuries.

  • Reduce Stress:

Too much stress has negative effect on your body. Just find out areas which stresses you most , and get ways to avoid it; possibly by doing something so that your mind is distracted. You may want to read an interesting book, bible or even some magazines with good information. What about watching a sports program or any other program you love? It really works magic.

  • Eat Healthy Meals:

Surprisingly, this is one area where most people mess with. Eating is good, but you have to choose what to eat and when. Did i mention junk food? yes you are right, junk food will deposit fats on your belly. Some junk foods, you need to stop them all together, since they have nothing of nutritional value. As much as possible, avoid fried foods and those with trans fats, like crackers, cookies and margarines. All refined or processed foods are not the best, like white rice, white bread. Instead, take brown bread, brown rice, fruits, vegetables, lean meat, beans, etc. If you could afford to have foods close to their natural state, that would be great.Water is very good, take 8 to 10 glasses per day. It increases the rate of metabolism and a lot of fats are burnt in the process. Eat at least two hours before you sleep, to give a room for the food to be digested.

It is such an involved subject isn't it? Knowing which weight loss is the best for people, seeing that all of us are different, different metabolisms etc. Good on ya.
