What is the best way to lose weight? Well even with one quick web search you will find that there are millions of different products on the market promoting weight loss and a quick fix on how to get in shape with all different types of "pills", "special low carb diets", "shakes" and "super foods" There is really only one answer and that is Knowledge. You could go out and buy any product that is going to teach you how to get in shape or how to lose weight fast and easy but without the correct knowledge of what you are doing, you are going to be 1. Wasting your money and 2. Wasting your time.

What is the best way to lose weight

When people want to know how to lose weight fast and easy or how to get in shape their first thought will automatically be vigorous and tiring hours in the gym working to the bone. The majority of people overlook the importance of DIET, eating and maintaining a healthy diet is by far the most important factor in losing weight far outweighing exercise (exercise is still very important but we will cover that later). You see when it comes to losing weight it is all about Calories in Vs. Calories out, this means the amount of calories you eat vs. the amount of calories you burn, meaning if you eat less than you are burning you are going to start to lose weight. There are many factors to be considered when creating a diet and workout out your own daily calorie needs such as BMR, BMI, height, weight, activity levels and many more.

If you don't know what all these things mean then I'm going to guess your feeling a little overwhelmed, something that helped me and got me on my way to being healthy was a weight loss program, now I'm not talking about a weight loss "miracle" or some quick fix "pills", I am talking about a actual weight loss GUIDE, something that is going to teach you how to lose weight fast and easy and what is the best way to lose weight.

There are literally hundreds of programs out on the market at the moment that target weight loss and dieting, some are very vague and do not offer much information more as a pre-worked routine for you to follow. There are also a few out there that are more detailed and actually take the time to teach you about how weight loss works and how to create your very own diet tailored to your needs, lets face it everyone is different and the same diet wont work for every single person.
