Doesn't it suck how you can put on belly fat so easily but it is so hard to lose it? I have felt your pain! If you want to know how to lose your stubborn belly fat fast, you have come to the right place! Losing belly fat, keeping it off, and even getting a nice set of six pack abs are simple things to accomplish!
Ok, they ARE simple but not exactly easy! This is one of those things that you have to create new habit to succeed with. You have to change your lifestyle to change your body in a way that lasts! Anyone who tells you otherwise is either trying to sell you snake oil or is delusional themselves! I have never met an in shape person that would ever say that this is easy. I have also never met someone successful that did not have pride in themselves and what they can accomplish!
Losing belly fat is a combination of proper nutrition, proper training and proper timing of the two.
You need to time your workouts far enough apart that you are fully recovered and ready to push yourself a little harder each time BUT close enough that you do not get rusty and your progress starts to slip.
With your diet, you have to give yourself time without anything in your stomach(3-5 hours a day minimum) so that your digestive system gets a break and in the long run becomes more efficient. Avoid taking entire days off and, more importantly, avoid not eating enough when you do eat! Your meals should be like a banquet and not a tiny snack here and there.
To get abs, you have to train abs. It will not hurt to build muscle elsewhere, either. Building up your muscles will help out your fat loss a lot! Muscle burns calories passively just by existing so the more muscle you have, the easier your job is. That is not even taking into consideration how hard workouts stimulate your metabolism or burn through hundreds and sometimes over a thousand calories!
There is plenty of information out there about how six pack abs are made. I know, I started this off talking about losing your belly fat. But is this not what you are really after? It is OK to be a little ambitious from time to time ya know! What is the worst that could happen, you lose the weight but don't get completely ripped?
