How to Visualize Losing Weight

Visualization is perhaps one of the most powerful tools that we as humans have. It is how we learn before we do. It is also how we we refine our abilities both before an after the fact. Today, I'm going to be teaching about how to visualize losing weight in order to get much better results. Remember that it is always the mind that falls before the body.

How can visualization be used effectively?

A perfect example of this would be a boxer practicing a counter on a visualized opponent; the imagination is so strong that they can learn real life precision and timing to within a fraction of an inch in a window of mere millisecond just by visualizing it! This is the very real power of visualization; and you need a lot of confidence in to to bet your well-being on it!

How this transfers to weight loss

Sure, being overweight is unhealthy but it is also unnatural. The simple fact is that overweight or otherwise unfit animals in the wild simply don't survive! If our bodies evolved in this exact environment, why not use the exact same stimulus? Imagine yourself as your ansesters were; you need to stay fit and sharp to stay alive in this world. If you let yourself slip for just a moment, it could mean the end. Now hold that thought and keep going over it again and again in your head until it starts to feel real.

What you eat

You cant survive by eating garbage food. You need real nourishment that only whole meat and anything that gives you strength and health. This is about more than just weight control, afterall. Weight is just a symptom of bad health(it can work both ways though). Bad health caused but bad eating habits. The problem is not about eating to much; the problem is about eating the wrong foods. A real, health promoting meal will leave you feeling completely satisfied. Always strive for that satisfaction because as a wild animal, you don't know when the next opportunity will come!

How to exercise

It is not natural to overexert yourself when there is no need to, so don't! Instead, have brief but intense workouts. The idea is to really be explosive and push the upper limits of your strength and power just like a prehistoric human in a violent struggle. This is what your body will need to adapt to if you are to survive.

I know that this sounds a little crazy, but trust me when I say that it works! You really can lose weight if you "create" the need. The mind listens to necessity a lot more than it does to wavering desire afterall!

Just constantly reinforce these thoughts until they start to stick. Technically, this is a form of self hypnosis. If you have ever seen someone in denial, you have seen someone change their perception of reality to suit their needs. This is just doing that, but in a controlled manner.

I agree there is real power in visualization. I new a boxer, and when he wanted to be, he could be the most intense most focused person I've ever known. Great example. Congratulations being Author #1.

You just have to admit Visualizing the fact of our ancestors seems to be true but now that thing would simply not work. considering the amount of medicine available in the market. But it surely depends on eating garbage food. Nowadays garbage food has become the new meaning of Food. It sorely depends on ones will-power. Yes the fact of Work Out surely works every time provided we are not lazy .

Well what I`m trying to get at is to bring out the life and death mentality of a cavemam. You wont find someone who relies on their body for a living slacking off. Once you reach a certain point in fitness, it becomes a sense of refinement to stay in shape, then it becomes easy and feels unnatural to not do so.

That`s the whole point of the visualization. You CREATE the desire by MAKING it real. This can be a tricky concept to understand if you`re not used to using this kind of stuff but believe me it`s powerful. The number one weight loss pill is a placebo...
