As a personal trainer, I have seen many people struggle to lose weight which is why I recommend juicing for weight loss.  It is much more effective and beneficial to your health.  Rather than taking months to shed the pounds, you will start to see results in a matter of days.  Not only that, but you are filling your body with healing nutrients. 

Let's face it, the American mentality is that we can eat whatever we want as long as we burn off the calories in the gym.  This doesn't always work though.  In addition to the processed foods that people consume, many people mask their symptoms with over the counter drugs and prescriptions.  Some of these, such as prednisone, have the unwanted side effect of weight gain.  Also, what you eat may be impacting your thyroid which regulates your metabolism.  Simply working out to lose weight is the least effective strategy.

Eating healthier is the key to weight loss.  There are recommended daily allowances and healthy eating guidelines given to us by the FDA.  It is a nice guideline.  However, as someone who has worked in politics, I realize that there is money behind every governmental recommendation.  The four food groups was brought to us by the Dairy Council.  They definitely had an incentive to make dairy one of the main food groups that Americans eat on a daily basis.  So, that leaves you wondering what is a balanced diet?

I recommend trying out a juice fast.  You will miss chewing your food for a few days, but you really will only be hungry around meal time.  The nutrients from the juice will quickly be assimilated into your bloodstream and get to work cleaning up your insides.  You will be giving your digestive system a rest.  Your body will be entirely focused on healing itself. 

Juicing for weight loss works.  You are not consuming additional calories.  The nutrients in the food is not destroyed by heat or processing.  You are receiving real nutrition.  When your body has the nutrients it needs, it can heal itself.  By giving your body the nutrition that it was missing, you can bring yourself back into balance. 

Juicing for weight loss has been attempted successfully by many people.  You can read books and even watch documentaries of people who have juiced their way to good health.  It is a very simple strategy.  All you need to do is find a good juicing machine and some organic produce.  Start replacing your meals with fresh juice made from organic produce. 

Your body will start eliminating toxins and fat quickly.  You will have renewed energy and feel better because the extra fat is no longer weighing you down.
