Lose 7lbs In 7 Days Without Going To The Gym

I talk to a lot of people who are carrying approximately 7lbs more than they would like to, so I have written this article to explain how you can get rid of 7lbs without even going to the gym.

Yes it is possible to lose 7lbs in one week without evening visiting your local gymnasium. By following a few simple rules it can be done.

The first area you need to look at is your nutrition and cut out the obvious foods that you know you shouldn’t be consuming. You know exactly what I mean the ones that are filled with lots of saturated fats and sugar.

What you might not realise is that anything that is processed is not a preferred food source by the body; in many cases the body just can’t process these foods. So in addition to taking out saturated fat and sugar, also remove processed food. This is basically anything in a packet, a tin or anything that’s filled with preservatives, e numbers and colourings. Basically if it’s not naturally grown or reared you’re body does not need it.

Also wheat, the percentage of people that are intolerant to wheat and don’t even realise it is massive. So cut that out as well, yes that’s all your bread based products, cakes etc.

Milk, you wouldn’t drink the milk of a dog, so why a cat, cut that out as well.

Red meat that’s not organic has been injected with steroids to specifically make the cattle fat, so if you want to consume the same steroids eat red meat that’s not organic, However seen as you want to lose weight cut that out as well.

Last of all caffeine and alcohol are toxins, simple as. So cut them out as well for at least 30 days to allow your liver to detox.

So by now you’re probably thinking I’m mad and wondering what there is left to eat. Well there was a time when we didn’t always have the foods available, there are still places around our world where they survive without the above and so can you.

So here is some simple rules to follow that will allow you to lose them 7lbs in super quick time.

Drink 1 litre of water per day for every 25kg’s that you weigh.

Eat 3 meals a day

Eat a portion of protein at every meal from a meat, fish, poultry or egg source

Get plenty of fibrous vegetables and keep starchy carbohydrates to an absolute minimum.

Have seeds and fruit if you need a snack in between meals.

The first few days you may get a headache as the toxins are removed, drink more water, onions and garlic can help speed up the process. It is the toxins that are holding on to the fat. So by removing the toxins the toxins let the fat free and the weight will just drop off.
