Lose Cellulite Exercises

In my previous article I talked about some of the best ways to rid yourself of cellulite. In it I gave you advice and what you will need to give up and do. I hope you did enjoy it however today I wish to talk about Lose cellulite exercises as I didn't quite get to that point in my previous article so I am writing this one to make it up :). Today I want to give talk to you about lose cellulite exercises and if you wish to contribute then please feel free to comment and let us in on your secrets.

For this you can either sign up to a gym that is local to you and use their equipment or if you want to do these exercises in the comfort of your own home you could always purchase them off the internet or go shopping for them whatever suits you really. The first lose cellulite exercise I want to give you today is

The leg curl exercise

You will need to use a leg curl exercise machine for this to work, oh and some exercise tools for the squats. Begin with a weight that is comfortable for you, don't try and over do it as you may hurt yourself. Once you done one set put the weight up. Here is an example for you. Begin with 40 pounds on the first set, then 50, keep moving up 5 or 10 each rep.

You need to make sure that each set will have 10-15 reps. Remember to take a rest between sets to get your breath back and breath good. Rest for around 30 seconds or so then continue with the exercise.

The bench squat

The next exercise on my list for lose cellulite exercise is named the bench squat which can be done once again at home or in the gym which ever suits you.

The bench squat being quite a simple exercise, what you will need to do is get a bench (you can use a chair) and make out you are going to take a sit. Squat down low as you can but don't actually sit down, now get up again.

You will want to make sure your pace is slow and steady so you will feel your buttocks and thigh muscles are working. Give your buttocks a squeeze every time you get back up. Do as many squats as you like but be sure to separate them to sets as doing this will keep you to stay focused and remind you to take small breaks in between.
