Lose Weight Today By Eating Healthy

The first question that pops up into your head is, can i really lose weight today by eating healthy?. Well the answer to this question is a simple yes. Yes you can lose weight today by eating healthy, it is not mission impossible. So what's the catch you say, there must be catch,, because no one loses weight in a day. Well contrary to popular belief losing weight in a day is very possible , it all depends upon how you go about achieving this goal. so you say ok i'm with you tell me more. Ok lets get down to it.

Weight loss is all about calorie management, it is about eating the right foods, it is about doing the right exercises to burn the excessive calories, it is about having the right mindset to overcome your doubts and negativity on why you can not lose weight. To lose weight in a day by eating healthy is possible. But the million dollar question or the catch in the whole situation if you is, how much weight do you want to lose in a day. Do you want to lose 10 pounds in a day 5 pounds in a day or 1 pound in a day. It all depends upon you.

You see your commitment to the cause of losing weight, is the most important aspect of the whole plan. Your commitment to your goal of losing weight is really what makes the difference between success and failure. Commitment to the cause will help you lose weight in a day. Your commitment will get you what you desire, but always be focused, be alert to any changes that your body is making and work with it. Do not go on overkill ( to much exercise without preparation, and end up in hospital, with some sort of injury) and damage yourself, work with what you have. formulate a plan, a realistic plan and start you mission.

Ok now that we have the prep talk out of the way, lets get down to losing weight today by eating healthy. Like i said earlier weight loss is all about calorie management. what is calorie management? well calorie management is making a list of what we eat and how much calories each item of food contains. Once we have our list in place what we do is find the foods which have 300 or more calories in them and replace them with more nutritious and less calorie intensive foods.

The second stage to the plan is exercise. Exercise can be anything from brisk walking to jogging, to bike ridding. But it must be measured. What do i mean when i say it must be measured? The exercise that you adopt must be timed and we must also know how many calories we are going to burn whilst doing this exercise, that is what is meant by measured.

Ok so now that we have got these two stages in place. Stage one being eating healthy and stage two being a physical workout. You can now commence to start your mission. Remember even losing a quatre of a pound in a day by eating healthy, is still an achievement.
