No Diet Solution To Weight Loss

Haven't you ever wanted to just lose a few pounds without having to give up your favorite foods or work out like you live at the gym? I always wondered and finally figured it out. It's a simple what you take in vs. what you put out equation. I know you're sweating over calorie counting and figuring out what kinds of exercises offer the greatest output to continue eating what you like but its not that hard, I PROMISE!!

Lets figure on an average day you consume the 'normal' 2,500 calorie diet; mind you I eat a LOT of food and I can usually only make it to 1,200-1,300 calories a day. Now that we have that cleared up you do not have to read every label and write everything down, although very helpful, not necessary. Ok, so we are on a 2,500 calorie a day diet. We need to cut out 3,500 calories a week to lose one pound of fat all we need to do is cut out 500 calories per day!! Those 500 calories can be cut out in more simple steps than you think!!

Lets face it we usually consume at least one empty caloric beverage a day such as a pop, energy drink, or some sugary substitute. Cutting just one of those out per day can cut our caloric intake down 200-300 calories!! Thats more than half of what we are cutting down. Now I know you're not too pleased with this kind of thinking but did you know that drinking cold water instead of that sugary substitute will stimulate your metabolism to kick in and because water has no calories you are burning more calories by just drinking it!!! Just food for thought. So we are cutting out one beverage that is nothing but empty calories now onto a food item we could really go without! If you eat any sort of fast food, get rid of it! Its all about 4 molecules away from being plastic anyways, we barely taste it and it goes down like a big lump that makes us feel like junk anyways. Theres your 500 calories if not more!! Lets say you dont eat fast food, well cutting out white refined starches and replacing them with whole grain breads, pastas, and cereals will cut your caloric intake down 10 fold and will make your body love you with the wholesome goodness you are putting into it!

Just think cutting out one sugary drink, one day of fast food, and replacing any white refined starches will help you lose weight and feel better about things in your life because lets face it, when you arent worrying about your weight doesnt everything else seem a little easier? I know you're wondering about that other piece to the equation BUT lets face it even one lap around the neighborhood after dinner or a quick 5 minute jog is better than sitting on the couch finishing a bag of snickerdoodles.
