Do you find yourself gain weight unconsciously especially the belly fat? Even though you are well aware of controlling your diet by eating the healthy food, doing exercises or following some weight loss programs. Why? The biggest reason is the physical fatigue.
The physical fatigue created when the waste accumulates in the body. That waste strongly relates to your belly fat. Belly fat creates not mainly because you eat too much or do not exercise. It is because the body has too much waste and toxin which cannot be excreted. The body normally gets rid of waste and toxin via defecation. When that process is not smooth, or constipation happens; the waste stays in your intestine and generates the toxin. The toxin needs to find a way to get out of the body. For example, when it finds its way out via the skin, your skin will become rough or has pimples. When it does not happen, the toxin circulates through your body. Your body will automatically store it as fat. In this way, the toxin will not make any damage to your body since fat is not in the body circulation system. As a result, belly fat creates!
You can avoid the belly fat when your body metabolic rate is strong enough to excrete all the waste. In such a situation even though you eat a bit more or do not exercise, you will gain some weight but not obese.
There are four sources to promote physical fatigue. It does not only refer to that created physically because of too many body exercises but also the fatigue inside the body. Today, I will discuss the first source. It is the unhealthy eating habits.
a) Habits that increase the burden of intestine
- eating and doing things at the same time
- eating and drinking a lot each day
- chewing times not enough
- not eating in the correct sequence (fruits, vegetables, carbohydrates, meats)
- eating unusually late at night
b) Habits that increase the burden of liver
- taking too much seasoning, dairy products, caffeine
- taking food with trans fat
c) Eating jolly little fresh food
Fresh food provides enzymes. A lack of enzymes will make you tired.
d) Excessive intake of white sugar
It will drain a lot of vitamins and minerals. This will slow down your body metabolism. Therefore, it is not easy to excrete the waste.
In my next article, I will discuss the other three sources and a simple and natural way to lose weight and belly fat.
@Cynthia, thank for your suggestion/idea! It is a way to proceed instead of idle there. :)
Amanda, Good points and great match with your choice of visual! blessings, Cynthia
Hi Cynthia, Thank for your comment and I also find the picture very interesting. I hope I can publish my next article very soon while it had been hold for several weeks for grammar issue. Currently, I am waiting for Kyle's help.
Amanda, Hey, here's an idea. How about waiting for Kyle's help on just that one article. Start writing another article. Maybe choose a topic that works well with a list? That makes it easier to get the grammar issues taken care of. Partly because you don't need to switch around when going in a list! blessings, Cynthia
I am looking forward to reading your next article, Amanda.
Hi Sherry, love to hear that you like my article. My next article which had been completed for a week is still pending approval. It was rejected several times because of grammar issue. I raised the issue to SA 'Contact Us' and Kyle and am waiting for their support (not so fast as I expected!). I hope it can be solved real soon. Thank for your patience and support in advance.
@Heather, glad to know that you are interested in the subject. Also looking forward to hear your comment on my next article (pending approval...)
I found this interesting Amanda. I don't know much about the subject but it's certainly a common place for people (particularly men) to carry extra weight. I look forward to hearing more what you have to write on the subject.
I have clicked the wrong button! My reply is displayed as a separate comment. Anyway, I am very interested in knowledge on health and fitness that I read about the subject from different sources. I will apply what I think is simple and applicable. While I am not a specialist or nutritionist or ..., I like to share what I learn and experience. Hope you enjoy...
