Strengthening your ab muscles doesn’t require a lot. The quickest way to lose belly fat only requires a variation of two exercises to work all three areas of your abs and neither require a gym. Start with 10 reps and three sets of each exercise.

  • Core Planking. Get down on the floor like you’re going to do a push up, holding yourself up with your forearms and toes. Keep your body as low as you can, and your butt out of the air. Then, raise one leg straight up in the air and back down. Don’t let your toes touch the floor before you raise your leg again. Get it as high and as low as you can while maintaining your stance.
  • Oblique Planking. Maintain your planking stance, but instead of kicking your leg up, you want to kick your leg out to the side.
  • Lower Ab Exercise. Lay fat on your back and extend your arms out to the sides. Keep one leg bent at the knee, foot on the floor and lay the other leg out straight. Quickly raise your straight leg in the air and as you do, bring your hands up together to touch your foot.
