To be honest, this program on the surface looked to good to be true. I skimmed through testimonial after testimonial that re-enforced the programs claim to rapid weight loss, but it wasn't until I tried the program myself that I realized the rapid weight loss claim was the real deal.

What is unique about this rapid weight loss program is the 26 lbs that I lost in roughly 2 1/2 months. The pounds disappeared with out the feeling that I was a participant in any weight loss program. This rapid weight loss program focuses on a natural approach to weight loss. When I say natural, I mean losing weight in a natural way, no gimmicks or crazy food selections. Simple guidelines are followed. Eat foods that are nutritionally sound and eat well balanced meals. Combine these basic principles with a new and innovative approach to dieting and it equals rapid weight loss.

What really excites me about this program is their focus on the psychological aspect of dieting. The program allows you to break away from the notion that having foods that on other diets would be an absolute no, are now an absolute yes! Yes you heard me right. This program that strips the fat off you in days, proves that you can indulge and still have rapid weight loss results. The clincher for me was that the program not only says you can have a treat, but teaches you how to let go of the negative emotions that are associated with those treats. Imagine that, a diet that wants you to break diet tradition and truly savor what you are putting in your mouth.

I added a little exercise to achieve my rapid weight loss results, but it was nothing more than a brisk walk 30 minutes a day. The exercise was necessary do to the fact that I am in my forties and I have inherited a few unwanted medical conditions, such as pre diabetes.
