Are you desperately trying to quickly lose weight, but struggling? Well it's not rocket science! Many people don't even start trying to change their life because that just think its way too complicated, well that couldn't be further from the truth so I've compiled a short list of what I believe are the best secrets to losing weight and are going to help you succeed.

The Diet

The fastest way to lose weight as well all know is to jump on a diet, but what does a diet mean? Do I have to eat rabbit food or starve myself all day? These 2 phrases are perhaps the most common things I hear. A diet can consist of a whole range of great tasting foods that we all love and still allow you to quickly lose weight, if done right.

Here's a few secrets to losing weight;

  • Smaller portioned meals

Most people think the secrets to losing weight are to have less meals that what they are already, what I want you to do is to the opposite. Yes that's right you heard what i said, i want you to eat MORE meals through-out the day. Instead of the traditional breakfast, lunch, dinner try to aim for 6 smaller portioned meals throughout the day as this is going to help you from starving yourself, but also kick-start your metabolism.

  • Carbohydrates in the morning

People are always emphasizing lowering carbohydrates, and removing carbohydrates from your diet. Carbohydrates aren't that bad for you, they can actually be very good when consumed right and combined with good exercise, but I wont dive into that here, as we are talking about the fastest way to lose weight. Instead of completely cutting carbs and making yourself feel tired and fatigued all day, have them in the morning instead. This is going to satisfy your hunger while letting you have a very tasty breakfast, and provide you with the energy you need to get through your day.

  • Meal preparation

I cannot stress enough one of the most important secrets to losing weight is meal preparation. Preparing your meals (6-7) in little containers to take with you throughout the day is going to be the ultimate factor to quickly losing weight. This is going to help you not be so hungry since you can eat your meals at set times and also it's convenient for people that work full-time or have full-time commitments. A saying I love is "If you don't prepare, prepare to fail"
