There are many weight loss programs circulating over the net that are claiming extraordinary results but if all these claims were true why are 70% of Americans overweight? Losing weight starts in the brain and if the brain isn't prepared to take on the determination and sacrifice that it will take to control eating habits and discipline the body to exercise your quest to lose weight will fail.

A positive attitude along with determination and sacrifice must be programmed in the brain as a core principle of weight loss. Install these in the brain and you will have a fighting chance in making your diet program becoming a success. Along the journey of losing weight comes the times of discouragement and feelings of what is the use and you will want to give up. Remember everyone who attempts this task of dieting will feel these feelings one time or the other. Getting rid of midriff fat is probably one of the harder feats of losing weight and there will be times when you will feel defeated.
