The two foods that are most likely to get you fat will actually shock you...A majority of people tend to actually believe that the two foods that have a high likelihood to making them fat are actually ''healthy''. These foods always evoke a surprise once people know that they should try to eliminate these foods from their diets. If you want to get rid of stomach fat and get rid of the blubber, it's recommended that you eliminate the two kinds of foods mentioned below :

Most people nowadays know that the only foods that should be avoided are the foods with the high fructose corn syrup as well as foods with bad trans fats, so this part of the lecture doesn't need to be repeated...Instead below is a couple of foods that always manage to shock people because they are usually perceived as foods to eat in order to avoid gaining weight, the truth of the matter is, these two foods just may help to pack on the pounds.

The first most fattening food: Wheat

The very first of this kind of food, is actually a food that has been for a very long time believed to be quite healthy...This particular offender, is wheat products, which can be found in such foods include many cereals, bagels, breads, muffins, crackers, pasta and so on. And yes, ''whole wheat'' is included in this same category of foods that lead to weight gain.

First off, quite a large percentage of people have varying degrees of intolerance to gluten in grains and wheat. Full blown Celiacs have the highest degree of intolerance to gluten, however most people do not know that they were never meant to consume large quantities of wheat, since the human digestive system isn't well adapted to handle large quantities of wheat in a normal everyday diet.

With today's human diet including large quantities of wheat in such a small time frame as compared to the more traditional diet of the past where the human digestive system was able to develop in a time period of several thousand years as the humans then ate a daily diet of fruits, meats, vegetables, fruits, nuts as well as seeds.

Try this particular experiment for yourself, get rid of wheat from your diet for a time period of 2-3 weeks, to see if you will start to lose weight from your stomach, and you will start to get rid of stomach fat as well. Another thing that you will start to see is that not only will you start to lose stomach fat and body fat at a much faster rate, but indigestion will see an improvement as well as you will see a reduction in the number of headaches you get; - You may even start to see your skin problems improve and eventually go away once you eliminate wheat from your diet.

The second most fattening food : Fruit Juice

It alarms people that fruit juice is amongst one of the worst fattening foods, since juice in general is thought to be very healthy, after all, most people have a glass or two and some even drink more throughout the day !

This is not an anti-carb advocacy..As a matter of fact, most fruits are very healthy for most people. The only problem comes when the juice is separated from the fruits, only to have people drink up the high calorie and very high sugar mixture, this leaves the fiber behind. The person is left drinking something that is very high in calories, minus the fiber and other components that are beneficial to eating a whole fruit.

Whenever you drink just the juice that is left behind by fruits (this includes apple juice, with orange juice being one of the worst weight gain culprits within the western diet), you don't receive the satisfaction of appetite as you would just by eating the fruit itself with the fiber intact, instead you are highly likely to be left craving to have more carbohydrates in the end. By having the fruit intact with the fiber and not drinking fruit juice extracted from the fruit, you also help your body to slow down the blood sugar response much better than compared to the spike in blood sugar levels that occurs after you drink just the fruit juice.

The bottom line is, if you drink too much fruit juice, you will get fat. On the other hand, you can eat whole fruits with the fiber intact in order to maintain a healthy body weight within a properly balanced diet that is high in nutrients. Just make sure that the rest of the foods you consume are not processed foods as well.
