I am not one to discourage anyone but I have to break the worst news ever, diets do not work and never have worked. The diet industry makes billions of dollars every year from book sales, subscriptions to sites, food sales and many other tricky ways to make you think you will lose weight but the reality is they are all for profit and doesn't have a single care as to whether you will lose weight or not. Right now if you are on a diet and paying for it I am advising you to stop. It's pointless.

The keys to losing weight are watching what you eat and exercising. Even if you don't want to exercise, if you eat healthy foods like fruits and vegetables mostly you will lose weight. You can call it the all natural cure but it's really the only foods we should be eating. Fruits and vegetables are the only foods our bodies are programmed to break down and reap benefits also known as nutrients. Nutrients keep our bodies in balence and keeps our organs running correctly.

Exercising a minimum of thirty minutes a day at home will give you wonderful results especially if you alternate between cardio like jumping jacks, jump rope, buttkicks and punches, with strength like squats, push-ups, and lunges. If you mix cardio and strength together instead of the way we were all taught doing cardio first then strength you will see maximum results in a shorter time period. Exercise puts stress on the body but it over time it causes the body to adapt and once it adapts then you will see change.

The Diet Solution is a program that teaches you how to lose the unwanted weight for your body yourself. It is not a diet. It's more of a guideline that instructs you rather than giving you a simple meal plan to follow. It details why you eat what your suppose to eat and why you shouldn't eat what your not suppose to eat. If you want to see for yourself just go to the link. You should be excited to begin because it's proven to work and it's healthy which benefits your longevity, beauty, health in general and your weight loss goals.
