The Fat Burning Diet

So What is the best diet to have? One that doesn't deprive your body of necessary daily nutrition. One that isn't in a pill. One that doesn't harm other organs in your body.

I'm talking about a natural weight loss diet. One that invokes food as it's main arsenal. The fat burning diet of diets happens to be one that virtually anyone can do because you aren't making changes that will take you out of the loop of everyday life!

The types of foods that most of America eats is 80% of why most people, who don't have other underlying health issues that causes fat to accumulate, are fat and or overweight.

A good fat burning diet is capable of keeping your body fully satisfied with all the necessary daily nutritional values while switching on one of your body's most incredible natural defense mechanisms against weight loss and that's your metabolism.

Eating foods that are

A diet that best exemplifies the techniques described above where food is the catalyst that engages fat burning is better known as a calorie shifting diet. A calorie shifting diet plan consists of foods with a lower glycemic index. These type of foods don't affect blood sugar and insulin levels like many of the other higher glycemic indexed foods do. The caloric values are very low as well.

In conjunction with preparing and eating lower glycemic foods are the portion sizes as well as the time intervals for each meal.

Calorie shifting allows for a more rapid weight loss as one of the body's most powerful arsenals detects and try to ward off any weight loss attempt. This very common interruption that slows fat loss is called plateauing. The body's tendency to detect weight loss attempts and threatens that by shutting down the fat burning process down is natural. That's the reason for the stagnated values in food calories and meal times.

When the body detects changes from any diet, it goes into starvation or survival mode. It attempts to match caloric intakes, when it does so successfully, plateauing is imminent and weight loss will be useless no matter what.

With calorie shifting, the body CAN'T detect the ever changing caloric values in the fat burning diet and that forces the burn to stay engaged. The same applies for the eating intervals which is the fuel, every 2 1/2 to 3 hours for 4-5 meals up to a certain time of the day, which is when you shouldn't be eating anything, afterwards.

Tips on the fat burning diet to get best results:

1. Never skip breakfast! Always try to eat something, low glycemic, within your per meal menu caloric values for your daily intake of overall calories. When you eat breakfast be sure to eat it within one hour of your waking up.

2. Eat a meal every 2 hours or so.

3. Drink plenty of water, despite the fact that coke or fanta orange soda is on the menu. Water aids in digestion and helps with flushing your system.

4. Eat right up to 7 0'clock or 8 0'clock and then stop.

5. After last meal of the day, stay up for at least 2 hours before going to bed. Never eat and lay down..

6. Get plenty of rest! Your body needs rest to rejuvenate! Get as much sleep as needed up to about 6-8 hours.

Since calorie shifting diets aren't too strict, allowing snacks between meals, what you snack on needs to be low glycemic in order to keep the fat burning metabolism engaged. There are lots of low glycemic foods that can satisfy a sweet tooth without compromising your metabolic burn rate.

Losing a pound a day isn't unheard using the calorie shifting method for weight loss. I, the author of this blog currently use the calorie shifting diet to stay 100 pounds lighter than I was back in 2012 when I weighed over 300 pounds. I actually weighed in at 336 pounds at my primary care physician a few years back. I now weigh 234 pounds. Before the holidays I was down to 225.

Any fat burning diet that uses natural food to engage your metabolism, providing you don't have other health problems that may directly affect weight loss, is typically safe and if done right can be very effective for steady rapid results.

Calorie shifting and fat burning diets are nothing new! The purposeful calorie variations combat any possibility of detection and in the process boosts metabolic rate.

What's really great about fat burning diets that uses food portions and time intervals this way is that they cultivate good healthy eating habits, tools that ensure a permanent weight loss transformation.
