To lose even one pound per week, you would need to cut five hundred calories from your diet or exercise away two hundred and fifty calories while not eating the additional two hundred and fifty. If this regiment is held to with dedication, you can expect to lose four to five pounds a month.

The maximum healthy amount of weight loss is two pounds per week. Losing more than two pounds per week can cause undue stress on your body and endanger your health. In the event you need to lose more weight, you should consult your doctor and discuss a potential plan for meeting this weight loss goal.

Often, those who succeed with weight loss try one “quickest way to lose weight” after another before finally settling on a healthy, respectable weight loss plan.
