Most of the products that come from these areas typically use the traditional method of pressing olives to extract the oil. These are healthier and safer since these are composed of 71% monounsaturated fats, 16% saturated fats, and 13% polyunsaturated fats. You should integrate virgin olive oil in your diet in conjunction with your belly fat exercises to get satisfactory results in your ab workout.

2. Coconut fat. People who are living in tropical countries, particularly in the islands in the Pacific Ocean, have been enjoying the benefits of the coconut trees for the past thousands of years. These delicious nuts are excellent sources of polyunsaturated fats, monounsaturated fats, as well as minerals and other nutrients. However, the most delicious serving is the avocado shake, which is blended with just the right amount of sugar and skimmed milk.

7. High-fat fish diet. Fishes such as mackerel, wild salmon, sardines, herring, and trout are examples of fishes with high polyunsaturated fat content, known as omega-3. These fatty acids help you eliminate lower belly fat. Make them a part of your diet.

8. Dark, bittersweet chocolate. Unlike the usual milk chocolate products that are found in groceries which are unhealthy, dark and bittersweet chocolate is actually good for your body. This chocolate is made up of at least 70% cocoa, which is a rich source of antioxidants. When buying chocolate products, look for the following brands: Chocolove Extra Dark, with 77% cocoa content or Dagoba New Moon, with 74% cocoa ingredient.

Examples of harmful saturated fat products

1. Refined oils. Almost all cooking oil products that are found in supermarkets today are refined; thus, these are harmful to your body even if they are made from natural ingredients and are not hydrogenated. The process of refining oil includes solvent extraction, bleaching, and deodorizing, high pressure mixing, and heating with extremely high temperatures. Sad to say, supposedly healthy products such as sunflower oil, vegetable oil, soybean oil, and canola oil have undergone these processes. As a result, the natural structure of fatty acids, as well as antioxidants, has been destroyed. This leaves a residue that is composed of harmful free radicals that cause cardiovascular diseases and develops lower belly fat in humans. So how should you choose good cooking oil products? 4. Homogenized and pasteurized milk fat. Homogenization is the process of using a pressurized system to mix milk curds, cream, and butterfat into standard liquid milk that we find in the groceries today. This is done in order to maintain the flavor and consistency of most cow milk products. However, the disadvantage of this process is due to the mixing of milk fat, making it saturated with fatty acids with damaged molecular structures. This harmful saturated fat can accumulate inside your body in the form of lower belly fat. Since it is very difficult to find such milk products, I suggest that you check out the truth about real milk for additional information on how you can buy these healthy products. In addition, you can use skim milk if you can’t find raw milk products in supermarkets. Skim milk is a good substitute since it is not homogenized compared to other commercialized milk. Furthermore, you will be glad to know that your favorite yoghurt is one of the milk by-products that you can enjoy without any health risks. I suggest that you drink raw milk, skimmed powdered or liquid milk, or yoghurt during your abs workout. Nothing replenishes your body better with so many nutrients than whole milk during your abdominal exercises.
