Why does everyone have to do it the hard way? Running, going to the gym, starving themselves. I'm sorry but that's for media brain washed idiots. If you think a little smarter than the average bear your belly fat could slip away without too much effort.

I am an ordinary 39 year old guy and I lost all my belly fat following these top tips. (don't belive anyone that says certain exercises target belly fat. That is a lie.)

Losing belly fat for men the easy way tip 1 - One Step At A Time

If you try to transform yourself from couch potato to super hero too fast you will not make it. 99% of people fail at weight loss and exercise because they try to do it all at once. You may be thinking at the moment that come Monday you will get up at six o'clock in the morning and go for a run. Then eat a tiny breakfast followed by work. Then eat a tiny lunch. And maybe more exercise after work followed by a tiny dinner. Don't do It!

If you are not thinking that way well done. As I said 99% of people fail doing that.

What I did was I changed my breakfast. Yup I just had a smoothie in the morning instead of toast. And I did a fifteen minute walk. The next week I added fifteen minutes to the walk and had a salad for lunch. Week three I walked for forty five minutes and added a dinner of lean meat and vegetables. So by week four and with what seemed like no effort at all I was having three very healthy meals every day, walking for an hour and eating fruit after lunch and dinner.

I had completely changed my lifestyle and it seemed easy!

I still see my friends trying it the hard way and they fail every time. I have a nice little chuckle to myself they don't know how easy it could be.

Losing belly fat for men the easy way tip 2 - Think Long Term

This makes it so easy its ridiculous. It follows on from the first point really. If you are thinking long term you can take the pressure off yourself. There is no tearing rush now and you are not stuck in a crazy regime. You can relax, take your time and enjoy it as you become slimmer and healthier just by making some changes over time. You realize that the changes you are making are for the long term and so there is a security in that too.
