The really good news is that there is a huge array of food you can eat on a diet. The even better news is that when you eat the right food you can eat a lot of it and still lose weight. Despite common beliefs you can eat a lot, be very healthy and still lose weight. So I would ask you right now to get any notions of starving yourself to lose weight out of your head. That is an urban myth which causes people so many unnecessary problems.

I went through this problem over a year ago. I was also asking myself what can I eat on a diet. I had been on many diets over the years. Everything I had tried before, if it had worked, only worked for a short time. After researching a lot I found out that you can eat just about anything that is not processed and lose weight. Yes that's right. Anything that has not been ruined by our terrible food manufacturing industry and is natural can help you lose weight.

What Can I Eat on a Diet Food # 1 MEAT

Chicken, fish, pork, beef, lamb all are natural. They are packed with quality protein and nutrients. Please don't qualify any fast food burger or frozen, reformed meat of some kind as the same. They are not. These processed meats are jammed with chemicals and additives and have very low nutritional value. The point here is that by giving your body high nutrition foods it works at an optimum level and burns off fat. If you go on eating processed, factory produced foods you body is not functioning at optimum level and therefore you are more likely to stay overweight.

What Can I Eat On A Diet Food # 2 VEGETABLES

Natural fresh, great. You can eat a heap of vegetables alongside the meat on your plate. Baked, boiled, blanched or stir fried it's up to you how you have them. No white or cheese sauces I am afraid just keep it simple and the pounds will melt away.

What Can I Eat On A Diet Food # 3 EGGS

Eggs are natures little perfectly packaged natural food. They are the only food to contain all vitamins. They contain good fats and great quality proteins. The other beautiful thing about eggs is how versatile they are. Fried, poached, scrambled or as an omlette. personally i love omelette. You can pack a massive amount of fried vegetables in with a couple of whisked eggs and you have a very nutritious healthy meal.

What Can I Eat On A Diet Food # 4 FRUIT

Pretty obvious really. Some diets suggest ridiculously low carbs and say no fruit. That is just plain daft. Have any fruit you want and have as much as you want. Again the principle we are following here is high nutrition. A good way of introducing fruit into your eating routine is to have a smoothie for breakfast. They are really easy to make and give you a great vitamin and natural sugar boost early in the day. You will be surprised how much a smoothie can fill you up when you make it at home yourself.

Fill yourself up with these 'What Can I Eat On A Diet - Top 4 Foods' and you will be amazed how much you can actually eat and still lose weight. Here is wishing you the best of success!
