Let’s face it in today’s hectic world we live in most people are very busy and don’t or can’t find the time to exercise.

You can do it in the morning or night it’s up to you, you can split it up. You can do 20 minutes in the morning and 20 minutes at night.

You will doing three sets of these exercises for each one. Now, time each one for 30 seconds and ten move onto the next exercise. Now, here’s what I want you to do;
First Set;
1. Pushups
2. Body weight squats
3. Planks
4. Vertical jumps
Group 2:
1. Burpees
2. Jumping Jacks
3. Run in place
Group 3:
1. Jump lunges
2. Walkouts
3. T-pushups
4. Bicycles
So, just do these sets for 30 seconds all in a row. Have a spell, then repeat this sequence 3 more times. As I said earlier, you don't need any equipment to lose weight.
You just need what you have already and that is your own body. For whatever reason you find this routine too easy, just keep repeating it until your exhausted.
