Workout Routine For Women

There are no shortages of workouts available for women of all ages today. Watch tv, google the line "workout routine for women", or just talk to any trainer. They all have some sort of new workout designed just for women. The latest and greatest that promises to have amazing results in a matter weeks.

Or do they? I've seen many women get started with one of these new workouts and then eventually give up on them. The reason.....they didn't get the results the workout program was promising. Or, the workout was so intense that it was unreasonable to sustain that type of program for a long period of time.

So, does such a thing exist? A real workout routine for women that gets results and isn't over the top in terms of needing to be a world class athlete to complete the workout. YES! A program that will slim and tone a woman without getting her big and bulky? YES! A women's workout that will be sustainable for the long haul and will continue to deliver the type of results that most (if not all) woman want? YES!

Now, this article isn't designed to lay out this plan in it's entirety for you, but rather, it is here to proclaim the good news. Such a workout routine does exist and any woman can participate. I've seen it with my own eyes! As a matter of fact, you are probably already quiet familiar with the basic's of this workout plan. You can be an experienced gym bunny or you can be a first time gym attender and benefit from this workout routine.

So, here are the ABC's of this workout routine for women:

Abs

Yes. Every women wants a great looking mid section. Great looking abs and a solid core doesn't happen by chance. You need a focused ab workout as part of your routine to get the great looking abs you desire. Doing random crunches every three days isn't going to work. However, a daily, focused ab routine with the BEST ab exercises will tone that mid section and get you the results you desire.

Body composition

This is a focus on building muscle that gets a woman the best looking body possible....not a skinny body and not a bulky body. Rather, a weight lifting routine for WOMEN that tones their muscle and gives them a slim, sexy physique. Body composition is a concentration on the WHOLE body of a women and not on huge biceps.

Cardio

This is the secret ingredient in a women's workout routine. Cardio provides the fat burning element of a workout routine. This cannot be overstated. Doing the right kinds of cardio for the right amount of time can and will get women the results they are looking, especially when combined with the other two aspects of the workout plan mentioned above.

There you have it, the basic ABC's of a successful women's workout routine. These tenets will get women, any and all women, the results they long for. You can get to any destination when you have the correct map. this will map out your plan and serve as a basis for a successful you in the future!
