3 Core Exercises For Women That Get Instant Results

Ladies, forget conventional core exercising. Forget sit ups, crunches, crazy plyometrics, or insane cardiovascular workouts. To get that sexy core you've always wanted, just use this one tool: The kettlebell! This tool will not only help you get the sexy core you've always wanted, but it will also transform your entire body, in your legs, thighs, gluts, upper body & back. Kettlebells are the shortcut to a sexy female body. Here are 3 core exercises for women that get instant results:

1. Swinging your body from a laying position to your feet with the ball. This exercise doesn't have any particular name, but it's extremely effective for working the body, especially the stomach muscles! Begin this exercise by laying down the ball held by both hands at your chest.

Now lift both feet together and make sure they are at a 90 degree angle with your body. Now bend the feet and quickly drop them. Use the momentum of the drop to push your body into a standing position.

In this exercise, you're going from a laying down position to a standing position via the swing of the legs. It's difficult for beginners to do this, but the key component of the exercise is this: Make sure the kettle ball remains at your chest level at all times! Do this exercise for a minute. You won't believe how much effect you'll feel in the stomach area!

2. The kettlebell swing: The most popular and simplest kettlebell exercise, but it's also very effective for working the stomach muscles, back & arms. In this exercise, you stand with 2 feet apart with your legs, pick up the kettlebell with both arms, pop your hip & make sure to have a slight bend with your knees. Now swing the ball with both arms up to your shoulder level, then use the momentum of it's gravity to drop the ball back between the legs, then once again explode with the swing and get the ball back to your shoulder level. Continue this swing for at least a minute. You'll feel the burn in your stomach, guaranteed!

Quick notes on the swing: Do not bend your back when doing this exercise and do not squat. The swing is literally a swing and the entire motion should be only to swing the ball without putting any pressure on the body. This exercise is not meant to put any pressure on the back or knees. Use a correct form video on the swing as reference!

3. Modified sit up with a kettleball. Simply get into a regular sit up position, but place a kettle ball at your chest and hold onto it's handles with both arms. Now "simply" sit up and down. This exercise makes sit ups a lot more difficult, but it also gets you results faster!

All of the above exercises above are excellent for core training if you're a woman. They also work for men but that's beside the point. The point is that the kettle bell is the shortcut to getting a very sexy core. No need for long, boring and endless sit ups. This tool also gets you a total body workout. Every woman should use this tool if they want to look their best! Just make sure to use proper guidance when starting!
