Pelfit Cordless Pelvic Exercise Machine

The Pelfit Cordless Pelvic Exercise Machine was designed to help women overcome the problem of weakened pelvic floor muscles. In years gone by, women were often too embarrassed to mention that they leaked urine when they laughed or coughed or that their intimate sensations are not what they used to be!

It's a fact of life though that the process of getting older, giving birth naturally and the menopause can all contribute to slackened muscles. By the time it becomes a real problem, dealing with it by way of undertaking the traditional kegel exercises can almost be a lost cause. Many women find it difficult to do the required number of repetitions of the "squeeze and release" exercises but even with motivation, actually isolating and targetting the correct muscles can prove problematic.

The Pelfit Cordless Pelvic Exercise Machine takes away the uncertainty and hard work by automatically stimulating the weakened pelvic floor muscles by using mild yet effective electronic impulses which cause the muscles to contract and release involuntarily. Each training session, which lasts around 15 minutes delivers 180 stimulation sessions with thousands of impulses. These 15 minute sessions should be done twice daily for best results, with most women noticing a marked and significant improvement within eight to twelve weeks.

One of the advantages of the Pelfit pelvic toner is that the cordless device means it is as unobtrusive as possible. Whilst carrying out your exercise sessions, you can be doing other activities such as reading, watching the TV or even gentle standing activities such as ironing or doing the dishes. However, if you want to increase the effectiveness, one tip is to squeeze your muscles hard against the probe when you feel the mild electronic stimulation and this will certainly speed up your results.

In terms of the design, the Pelfit Pelvic Exercise Machine comes in two parts-the handheld controller and the probe. The controller has an easy-to-read display and is has simple to use controls. The device records your treatment time and usage so you can monitor your own progress.

Once you have achieved the results you want, maintenance is important. Like any muscles, the pelvic floor needs regular exercise to stay strong and so it is important to use the Pelfit a couple of times a week. Once this becomes established in your routine, it should not prove too onerous and can easily be done at a time when it does not intrude into other activities.
