I don't see a lot of information online about how apple cider vinegar cures urinary tract infections. Soooooooo I figured I'd start a source with such information! I have personally used this method on myself and my cat, so I know that it works. Make sure you get an organic blend with the "mother" still in it. That means it has the apple still in it and retains it vitamins from the apple. It's pretty easy to spot as it's cloudy and you can see pulp and stuff. You want to avoid distilled or purified blends.
Basically, If you have a horrible urinary tract infection and are looking for a fast and cheap cure, then you are reading the right article. I myself and allergic to Sulfa, one of the cheapest antibiotics in curing urinary tract infections out there, so when I have a bad one...it costs me dearly. Doctor bills are just horrid. I know you can give them $10 here, $10 there, but when your insurance company is coming after you for the deposit it it starts becoming an issue.
So, here is the method that I used on myself that was recommended to me by a doctor who actually used it on herself. Every day put about 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar in a bottle of water. It helps if the water is cold, but it doesn't have to be. There is a fine line between too much and too little. Too much and it tastes just awful, too little and it doesn't help. Honestly you have to find that line yourself with some experimentation.
Do that for about a week. You should notice results within a few hours of drinking your first bottle. Now don't drink but one bottle of this a day because apple cider vinegar is highly acidic and can cause problems if you drink too much, that's one of the main reasons you dilute it with water. It keeps all of it's vitamins, but it cuts down on the acidic properties of the vinegar.
Now, for your pets, I gave my cat about 1 1/2 cc of apple cider vinegar in a regular plunger syringe mixed with some water. This stuff tastes awful, so gagging and puking is normal, just stick with it. Make sure to give your furry loved one their favorite treat to help with the taste. I hear that you can put a very small amount in their drinking water and it they love the taste of it, but my cat never did so you can try it but don't expect it to work lol. Results should be immediate. Same with them, take it for about a week. I gave my cat it once every Monday for 3 weeks afterwards just to be sure, but that was just me.
Well there you go. My experiences with apple cider vinegar and it curing my urinary tract infection....and my cat's urinary tract infection at very little cost. I spent about $600 on vets bills with my cat's urinary tract infection before I was told about this. It's been about 4 months and counting now and it hasn't even returned. I'm just happy to have my baby back...and have myself all cured up as well. For all those curious as to what was causing it for us...it was our tap water. There are many other uses for apple cider vinegar as well. You just have to look! =)
