I think that a lot of people start trying to learn how to make money on their computers with aspirations of telling their boss to shove it. I don't need you anymore and so on is there attitude. But there is a lot more to working for yourself and doing Internet marketing than we really think about. At least for those that have the goal of doing this full time and not just as additional income.

For the last 12 yrs I've been idle working for "the man" because of the fear of the unknown. I always have felt that I was meant for bigger better things. I see this company I work for now....implementing a stupid software without thinking how this will effect us. Working out the kinks. No objective thinking what so ever.

I see the same thing in management. I think my managers personally are great. I really like them, but professionally I'm sitting there telling them there is a fire coming over the hill but they don't do anything until its burning their toes. That upsets me more than anything because then it becomes MY emergency. My emergency that I tried to prevent but needed help and didn't get.

Co-workers who talk to you like crap are never reprimanded for the fear of losing them. We are so afraid to tell people the truth in today's society and I do not understand that. At my work, they know that I am never without an opinion because well, no one else will say anything. It seems like I am one of the few who is willing to give an honest opinion and give my real thoughts on a situation.

There is a guy at my work who no one likes. Past employees would rather file for unemployment than come back to work for us because of him. He causes frustration, tension and anger amongst all of us but he is continually allowed to do this and I am the one person who has continually said...this is not ok. You are not allowed to talk to me like this. We work TOGETHER not against each other.

I see this all the time in the workplace and I've had enough. I want my life to mean something. I want to do something that helps people, that benefits others.

This is why I am ready to move on. I am probably not as financially prepared as I should be, but who really is?? Its just like kids...you can plan and plan and plan but you just gotta do it because there will always be a reason NOT TO.
