Why is it so hard for an expecting mother thats only 2months to find employment these days is it bcuz companies are afraid of a law suit if something goes wrong why not just have them sign an agreement that lets us know that we r working at our own risk or is it bcuz companies are afraid of the change.
Well if i were a business owner i would hire expecting mothers who range from 6-12 weeks of pregnacy to come make a differance at my company and also allow them to take maternity leave when they've reached their six months of pregnacy and allow them time off to heal and come back once their six week check up was done.
bcuz i know times are hard and everyone needs a stable income to provide for their families bcuz im sure no one wants to be on public aid assistance all their lifes thats why im looking for a job everywhere that meet my requirements as an expecting mother i'm 22 years-old with a two year-old and i'm expecting my second child in december i have my own apartment with a rent of 650 and i pay my own lights and gas an yes having another child doesnt fit into my budget but i dont believe in abortions or giving my child away bcuz my mother didnt do it to me.
so why not give us young expecting mothers a chance at making extra income to support our families. it won't hurt the company to me it will bring more customers bcuz people will c that this is a business that doesn't discriminate against expecting mothers.
so if theres any business owners reading this or any soon to be business owners reading this take the time to remember this article from me and reconsider the lifes of women and how we already have it hard enough just to giving birth and rising kids by ourselves without the help from the childs father for most of us we are single parents who want our kids to have the things we never had or have the dreams we never thought we could accomplish because of things like not being able to work while pregnant or living in a homeless shelther due to lack of income i've experienced it all at a young age and i dont want my children growing up going through the same thing i did or thinking that being on public assistance is the way to live.
